Stress & Regulation
practical ways to shift state and navigate pressure.
Breathe better. Feel better. Perform better.
The way we breathe affects the way we feel, think and perform.
Through interactive workshops, I help teams and leaders understand the power of their breath — and learn how to use it as a practical tool for greater focus, energy, calm and presence.
Grounded in science. Experienced in the body. Designed to create real change beyond the workshop.

We breathe thousands of times every day, yet few of us have learned how to use the breath intentionally.
Our breathing patterns influence our nervous system, our state and our ability to respond to what is happening around us.
Learning to work with the breath gives us something remarkably practical: a way to influence how we show up.
Before an important meeting. In moments of pressure. When energy drops. When the mind is scattered. Or when it is time to leave work behind and recover.
No equipment. No complicated routines. Just a deeper understanding of something we already do every moment of our lives.

“Extremely interesting, important, and educational. An engaged, entertaining, and truly excellent speaker.”
My workshops combine accessible science, practical breathing techniques and guided breathwork experiences.
Participants don’t just learn about the breath. They experience the difference for themselves.
We explore how different ways of breathing can support different states — from calm and recovery to energy, focus and presence — and translate that knowledge into simple tools that can be used immediately in everyday life.
The format is interactive, experiential and adapted to the people in the room.
Depending on the purpose and format, a workshop can explore areas such as:
practical ways to shift state and navigate pressure.
using the breath to become more present and mentally available.
understanding how breathing can influence activation, energy and readiness.
tools for downregulation, rest and transitioning out of work mode.
developing greater awareness of your own state and how you show up with others.
guided sessions that take the work beyond intellectual understanding and into direct experience.
Every team is different.
Some groups need tools for navigating pressure and stress. Others want to strengthen focus, energy and performance. Some are looking for a deeper experience that creates space for reflection, connection and meaningful change.
I meet the group where they are and create the workshop around what will serve them most.
Sessions can range from an inspiring introduction to the power of breath to deeper workshops and tailored programs built around your organisation’s specific needs.

“This workshop was fantastic. Emil created a warm and open space, filled with energy. I left with a wealth of inspiration and felt even more in tune with myself than when I arrived. Thank you!”
I’m a breathwork facilitator, functional breathing practitioner and leadership coach based in Stockholm.
My work sits at the intersection of breathing, human performance, personal development and embodied experience. I have worked with individuals, teams and organisations from different parts of the world, helping people develop greater awareness of themselves and practical tools for creating meaningful change.
My approach brings together a broad background in breathwork and breathing science with years of experience facilitating people and groups.
The intention is simple:
To help people access more of their capacity, and feel better while doing it.

“The combination of clear, educational theory and practical exercises made the experience both engaging and immediately applicable. I can highly recommend Emil to organizations looking to provide their employees with tools for stress management and recovery.”
Workshops can be delivered in Stockholm and internationally, and tailored to anything from leadership teams and smaller groups to larger company sessions.
If you have a particular challenge, theme or intention in mind, we can build the experience around it.
