Clarity Camp – and immersive summer retreat in Sweden.

Get out of your head and clear on what actually matters.

A 3-day retreat in Swedish nature to step out of mental noise, slow down, and reconnect to clarity and direction.

What to Expect

You arrive overwhelmed or unclear.
You leave with space, clarity, and direction.

❋ Intentional Structure

We blend guided moments, open exploration, and space to reflect—so the experience feels both focused and fluid.

❋ Collaborative Energy

Connection is a core part of the process. You’ll learn just as much from the group as from the content itself.

❋ Expert Facilitation

Led by experienced guides who know how to hold space, encourage participation, and keep things moving with purpose.

❋ A Supportive Space

Our events prioritize comfort, safety, and respect—so you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process.

You might recognize this:

  • You have too much on your mind and no clear direction

  • You keep going in circles trying to figure things out

  • You feel pulled in different directions at once

  • You know something needs to shift—but you’re not sure what

At a certain point, more thinking doesn’t help.

It just creates more noise.

Clarity Camp is an intimate, 3-day retreat designed for one thing:

Creating space so clarity can actually emerge

Without constant input.
Without pressure to “figure it out”.
Without a packed schedule.

Just:

  • space

  • simplicity

  • and the right conditions to see clearly again

Preliminary program
(might be subject to change)

Over three days, we move through a simple process:

  • You slow down and step out of your usual environment

  • The mental noise begins to settle

  • What actually matters becomes clearer

  • Direction starts to emerge—naturally, not forced

It’s not more information you need.

You need space to hear your own signal again.

Day One

Arrive & Slow down

You arrive and begin to step out of your usual pace.
Through simple grounding and space, the focus is on slowing down and letting the noise settle.

About the host

I work with people who feel overwhelmed or stuck in their head and help them find clarity in the middle of that.

Clarity Camp is a space to go deeper into that work—without the noise of everyday life.

Testimonials

“So wholesome and wonderful. It was worth flying 14 hours from Tokyo to participate! My soul was nourished and charged with love. What I gained was so much more than I expected - that is, the courage to be myself, do what I love, envision the life I want, and learning how to embody that.”

“It gave me so many tools that I can use to manifest my best life . I get some clarity in my mind how I can start already today. So amazing how we connected deeply with each other without knowing so much about our lives. Loved the deep conversations, stars, dance, breathwork, cacao, and exercises. Feel like I want to live with you over there forever.“

“It was heart opening and so much fun!”

“Being able to define what I want and knowing how to make it happen. The writing practices and talking to my soulmates helped to clarify my life purpose - deciding on what I want, and being ready to receive them is what's important. How to see the world and how to master my energy is something big I learned. It's almost like I became a wizard of my own life in just 4 days.”

“One big takeaway is I am kinder to myself now. Whenever I said something that was rather negative about myself (like, "I brought too many clothes!" or "I can't stop taking pictures!", Emil quickly changed the perspective on it and made it into something positive. That made me see how one-sided self talk can be, and how powerful it is when repeated - so I now know I should be careful with what I say to myself. Also knowing how powerful the unconscious is, I am more careful now about the information that i expose myself too.”

“I felt quite tired and very hormonal coming to the retreat. But Emil created such a beautiful and safe space that I could relax in. I left happy and very inspired.”

“When I arrived I was feeling some emptiness and a bit of confusion about where I was headed in my life. Having only been back for two days, I feel a deep contentment for everything I experience, knowing that everything is leading to my goals. I stopped criticizing myself and my inner voice is kinder to myself now.”

“A bit like an old compass had been dusted off. I could feel my way forward more clearly and positive change felt a lot more accessible. My heart was full of love, my pace was slower and I felt strong echos of all the support I received from the group.”

“To the next retreat group: SHARE SHARE SHARE, IS GOOD FOR YOU AND FOR ALL THE OTHER PEOPLE. To the people holding the retreat: Thank you for your guidance!! See you soon.”

“I will always remember now to come home to my breath, and to know that I am exactly where I'm meant to be (as you told me in the sweet card!) I feel like I was really led to your retreat by the universe, as I feel entirely reborn and refreshed. It was definitely necessary. Thank you for allowing me to grow, and I hope I get to learn from you again!”

“The retreat was such a rich experience. It was like a stew-pot filled with so many wonderful ingredients. The lovely place we were in, the beautiful constellation of humans we had, all the breathwork/movement/coaching/ experiences we did, having the forest and the lake around us, the wonderful food, and the sauna to warm up in... Basically everything was magical from the moment we found the little stone and note in our bedroom :-) It felt like we all made months worth of memories together and yet everything went by in a heartbeat.”

“It was something that I will remember for my whole life with joy and gratitude”

“The main positives were that I was able to embrace my feelings and emotions and setting new goals in life.”

“The sense of peace in my heart, the relaxation is so wonderful. This is the frequency I had wanted, and hope I get to remember this feeling! Being back to the city life, I am already feeling the positive impact of the retreat through my work and everyday life. I'm not looking at the future nor past, but merely doing the present that leads me to what I want.”

“I came stressed from daily life and when I left I was calm and confident.”

“One thing that was powerful for me was to imagine myself without a present or a future. It made the road ahead so much clearer and lighter - a great tool to return to!”

“I had no expectations than to enjoy. And it was so much better than I expected. The connection with the group🥰 and food. The exercises 🥰. Loved it! Miss you all so much 🥹. I even got several signs that the work we did these days already showed me that im on right path.”

“Emil is a wonderful facilitator, who has a very unique ability to feel into the needs of the group and adjust his teachings accordingly. He creates a safe space where the participants can relax and fully open to new experiences and insights. I wholeheartedly recommend anyone to join his retreats.”

“You have a wonderful gift to heal people through your warm, serene, and powerful guidance. I felt very safe with you and the group, and the atmosphere you created there to allow ourselves to feel vulnerable, is not something that anyone can do. The way you embrace every single person for who they are without any judgement is something I admire and would like be like.”

“Thank you again to you and Irem for all the love and care you put into this experience! You both created a beautiful space for our souls' unfolding and the safety of your presence truly helped me reach my own depths during the meditations. It felt natural to have you "among us" rather than "above us", if that makes sense. I also appreciated how you wove the words that the group brought in into the fabric of the retreat and made them feel their wisdom was heard.”
